REALISTIC WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK 😋 (Xmas edition🎄)

Recipe inspo for you:

RICE PUDDING:
-65g rice flakes
-10g protein powder
-165ml hot water
Mix and add 3 TBSP vegan yogurt
Toppings: cinnamon persimmon, apple, speculoos, peanut butter etc…

PITA POCKET:
-2 carrots, shredded
-75g smoked tofu, shredded
-1 TSP cumin and paprika
-1/2 TSP garlic powder
-salt to taste
-2 TBSP hummus
-1 TBSP ajvar
Fry in a pan, put in a pita and add some vegan feta.

RICE CAKES:
-1 TBSP nut butter
-1 TBSP protein powder
-1 TBSP vegan yogurt
-some water to thin
Mix, add to rice cakes with banana

LO MEIN:
-4 cloves garlic
-1 onion
Fry in some oil 2-3mins
-200g tofu (or another protein source)
Stir fry 2-3mins
-350g veggies of your choice (I used 2 carrots, 1 red pepper and some broccoli)
Add it and stir fry until softened.
-250g noodles
Cook them in boiling water, then drain.
Sauce:
-5-6 Tbsp soy sauce
-1 1/2 Tbsp vinegar
-2 Tsp sugar
-1/2 Tsp sesame oil
-some pepper
-4 Tsp corn starch
-1/4 cup (60ml) water
Mix everything and add it with the noodles and some green onions to the pan.
Stir fry for 4-5mins and serve.

CHICKPEA CURRY SALAD:
-1 red onion, chopped
-2 garlic cloves, chopped
-1 can (220g) chickpeas
Slightly mash it.
-1/4 cup (60g) tahini
-1 Tbsp sriracha
-1 Tsp curry, cumin and paprika
-salt to taste
-1/2 lemon
-1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
Mix everything to combine and optionally add some parsley or cilantro.

QUICK TORTILLA ROLL UPS:
-1 tortilla
-peanut butter
-banana
Air fry 2-3 minutes

PIZZA PITA POCKET:
-1 pita, cut in half
-100g vegan bolognese sauce
Apply on both sides
-smoked tofu
-100g Mediterranean veggie mix
-30g vegan feta
Put everything on the pita and air fry 3-4mins.

‚TURKISH’ PASTA:
-200g veggies
-1 TSP cumin and paprika
-1/2 TSP garlic powder
-150g vegan bolognese sauce
Heat it up in a pan and cook your pasta
Garlic-yogurt sauce:
-75g vegan yogurt
-1/2 TBSP vinegar and agave
-1 TSP garlic powder
-salt to taste
Add everything to a bowl with vegan feta cheese.
