  1. Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with foil. 
  2. Next wash, and slice sprouts in half. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. 
  3. Spread out on a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes tossing half way through. 
  4. Mix up the sauce and spread on the sprouts, and return to the oven. 
  5. Once ready, serve warm.

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 lbs brussels sprouts washed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • ¼ cup Frank’s Buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 F, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil

  • Place the brussels sprouts on the baking sheet and drizzle with1 tablespoon of olive oil, toss to coat

  • Roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through

  • Meanwhile mix together the remaining olive oil, franks, garlic powder and salt

  • Drizzle the buffalo sauce over the brussels sprouts

  • Then return to the oven to bake an additional 3-5 minutes, until sauce is bubbly
