mashed potatoes
1 pound red potatoes
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vegan butter (earth balance)
1/4 cup unsweeted coconut milk

mushroom bourguignon
1 tablespoons olive oil
11/2 cup onion
1 cup celery
2 cups petite carrots
4 cloves of garlic minced
1 tablespoon better than bouillon vegetable base
1 tablespoon cornstarch and 2 cups water mix to make slurry
1 tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon seasalt
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup crushed tomato
1/3 cup of red wine
2 cups mushroom
